David was awarded the Executive Women International 2020 Lucille Johnson Perkins Award, Member Firm of the Year - Small Business Category.
LJP Awards are given to recognize outstanding areas of support displayed within the EWI network on both Corporate and Chapter levels; to acknowledge the contributions that member firms and member representatives have made outside the EWI network in growing membership and in communicating the value and benefits of EWI, and to honor a member firm and representative that have engaged the EWI mission by enhancing personal and professional development and by encouraging community involvement.
Houston Chapter President Rebekah Wesley presented the award and thanked David for his generosity and service to the local chapter, celebrating 21 years of membership. D Jones Photography has been a member firm since 2003.
David has regularly photographed meetings, awards, and provided headshots for his fellow members since 2000. David was the first male member of the Houston EWI Chapter. David is currently the Chair of the Web Committee.
